The Executive Board is made up of undergraduate and graduate students involved in the Sport Administration major at the University of Louisville.

Treasurer

·         Controls and is responsible for maintaining the club budget

·         Prepares financial statements/reports for club use

·         Works with the secretary to collect membership dues and information

·         Assists in planning and organizing of club fundraiser

 Secretary

·         Records and disseminates minutes from club meetings

·         Maintains membership records (meeting attendance, contact information, ListServ)

·         Works with the treasurer to collect membership dues and information

·         Helps to gather alumni information – works with communications chairperson

·         Assists Social Chairperson with planning monthly social outings

Undergraduate Representatives (2) / In instances when there is not exec board representation by undergraduates.

·         Promotes the club and funnels communication to the undergraduate population

·         Responsible for formulating and planning networking and professional development activities

·         Works with all board members to provide undergraduate perspective as it relates to their responsibilities

·         Special projects as assigned and agreed upon by the executive board (i.e. conference)

SGA and GSGA Liaison

·         Liaison between the Student Government Association and Graduate Student Government Association

·         Attends appropriate meetings and reports back to executive board and club
