Sarah Hite Ballard is the mother of a 4 year old daughter with an autism spectrum disorder and currently resides in Nelson County with her husband, Joe and 2 year old son. As the parent of young children, she has seen the need for early intervention as well as support for the family as a whole. She is committed to enrichment in education and developing peer networks that will promote the whole development of the child from infancy through adulthood. Mrs. Ballard is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, and previously worked in the highway contracting business and the Office of State Treasurer for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
