Manchester, UK / UFHRD 2016

A group of students from the College of Education will be traveling to Manchester, England on June 3, 2016, as part of the International Learning program. They will return to Louisville on June 11, 2016.

As in past years, in addition to taking a class in Leadership Across Cultures, the main purpose of their trip is to attend the University Forum for Human Resource Development 2016 Annual Conference, hosted this year by Manchester Metropolitan University. They will also participate in other course activities and professional visits and lectures.

Students in this group are mainly from the Organization Learning and Leadership, and Human Resource and Organization Development programs, as well as Higher Education Administration.

In addition to their academic work and their participation in the conference, they will pay a brief visit to London and explore places of interest in Manchester and surrounding areas.

The group is led by Drs. Terri Rowland and Margaret Pentecost.
