Marcia Lile's curriculum vita

Marcia Lile has been a social studies educator for 40 years. She was a classroom teacher for 29 years and also worked as a middle grades resource teacher in Jefferson County Public Schools and a social studies consultant for the Kentucky Department of Education. She joined the Department of Teaching and Learning faculty in 2002 where she teaches social studies methods classes, Capstone Seminar for student teachers, and Public Schools in America. She serves on the Steering Committee for the Kentucky Council for the Social Studies and the Kentucky Civics Network.
