Research Interests
My primary area of research interest is in volunteerism in sport, specifically relating to boards of directors or administrative committees within non-profit sport organizations. Of particular interest in this area is volunteer motivation and commitment as it relates to recruitment, retaining, and organizational effectiveness. My secondary area of interest is within the structure and organization of national sport governing bodies. A third interest is within the area of sport marketing, especially as it relates to grassroots, community-based efforts.
