The Department of Leadership, Foundations and Human Resource Education offers bachelor, master's and doctoral degrees for P-12 leaders and educators, postsecondary administration, and workforce training and performance development. The department also has a strong research component in school reform and leadership which have resulted in superintendent institutes, and other partnerships with school districts, and community organizations.

The ELFH department is committed to making an impact through its research, teaching, and community engagement related to effective and ethical leadership, the development of meaningful human capital, and the application of sound research and evaluation methods. Through our engagement with leaders and professionals in education, business, non-profit, and government organization, we make an impact at the local, regional, national, and international level.
