Applicants who are enrolled at the University of Louisville are not required to submit an official transcript with the application.
Applicants who are NOT enrolled at the University of Louisville are required to submit a final, official transcript showing completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Note: Applicants who are in progress of completing their final degree at the time of application should submit a statement from an academic advisor indicating enrollment in the final semester for graduation.
