Accessing the Summer Institute Sessions

On June 18 & 19, 2008, you can access the webinar at any point in time by following the directions below. Sessions will be held from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. EDT both days.

Wednesday, June 18

  1. To hear the audio aspect of the presentations, call our toll-free telephone number (888) 617-3400, and enter passcode 996036. You will not be able to hear any sound through your computer system.

  2. To see the visual aspect of the presentations, go to https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/526599941 (Webinar ID 526599941). Once there, you will need to enter your identifying information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Organization, and Job Title). NOTE: If you completed the registration form on the CIIDL website, you will still need to complete this registration at GoToWebinar. After clicking "Register Now," a small applet will download automatically, and you will be connected to the webinar.

Thursday, June 19

Once there, you will need to enter your identifying information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Organization, and Job Title). After clicking "Register Now," a small applet will download automatically, and you will be connected to the webinar.

Be Prepared

All participants are encouraged to complete the GoToWebinar registration process and call the toll-free telephone number 15 minutes prior to the first session each day to ensure your computer and telephone connections are working properly.
