Parent Involvement
- CIIDL staff offers training and awareness activities for the Kentucky Special Parent Involvement Network (KY-SPIN) pertinent to Accessible Curriculum Materials (ACMs) and the integration of technology into instruction.
- CIIDL staff are working with KY-SPIN staff to create and support web content that promotes parent engagement and information sharing by creating a parent centered website for Universal Design for Learning best practices information.
- CIIDL staff will provide regular, ongoing training and informational sessions via webinar/conference calls to parents in partnership with KY-SPIN.
- CIIDL staff are working to build linkages to KY Resource and Youth Services Centers (FRYSC) network and are working to provide the same training and informational sessions offered to parents in partnership with KY-SPIN.
