KBOX - ERTC Service Support

If you're faculty, staff, or a student worker and you need any assistance with technology issues, please submit a ticket through the KBOX service system and the appropriate ERTC staff member will help you.

Newest Technology Happenings

Flat Panel News Monitors (Update)

The entire College of Education building has switched over to flat panel monitors to display important information. Coming soon will be replacements or additions to Crawford Gym, Thrust Theater, the Early Learning Campus, and the Gheens Science Hall & Rauch Planetarium.

Technology Classrooms

Several classrooms have been upgraded with various levels of technology. Nine rooms (107, 113, 114, 151 (Smartroom), 262, 264, 282, 315, 320) within the College of Education building and two classrooms (015, LL03) in Crawford Gym now have a computer/projector system.

Digital Video Recorders

Hate taping sample lectures on Hi-8 or mini-DV cassettes and then recording them to a computer to upload to LiveText? The ERTC has received new digital recorders to replace the old tape recorders so you can put your videos into LiveText much easier. Ask your professor about availability.

Professional Development Training Sessions

The ERTC staff will be hosting various training sessions for faculty, staff, and graduate assistants to attend. Register for available training sessions to get your desired time and date.
