adding content

A quick how-to for adding stuff

Login

Go to the folder where you want to add stuff

Look for the green content managment menu option labeled add item (Note: Mostly, you'll want to add a page or a folder)

Select page

fill in the title (keep it short for now), and add your content in the Body Text field.

Document Actions

To post an announcement:

  • login
  • In your folder, select "news item" from the add item (add to folder) menu.
  • Fill-in the title, and add a brief announcement in the description field.
  • Add details into the body text area (you must have something here.
  • Save the page
  • Finally, to post it to the right column, select 'publish" from the 'state' drop-down.
