Completing the Nomination Packet

Nominators:  You are encouraged to submit nominations following completion of your programs.  No need to wait until the deadline.

Nominations are reviewed by the selection committee.  When evaluating nominees for an award, the selection committee looks for the extent to which nominees have contributed to the University community through leadership, service, and involvement. Nominations will be evaluated based on the criteria listed for each award. It is recommended that all forms and letters be completed in a professional manner, as well as any supporting documentation.    Length is not as important as quality –provide specifics as to how your nomination meets the award criteria. Committee decisions are final and will not be announced until the awards ceremony.

NOTE:  Packets that are incomplete and/or do not contain letters of recommendation when required will not be considered.pic6

Other Important Information
