On September 15th, the Black Faculty/Staff Association (BFSA) and the Cultural Center will be talking with BlkOut, a campus group dedicated to empowering black LGBT students.  In support of Pride Week, the September Let's Talk lunch will focus on issues related to racism and homophobia on campus, and how to improve the climate for Black students, faculty and staff who are LGBT.  As always, everyone is encouraged to participate in the discussion and enjoy free lunch.
