  Stephen is founder of "The Gentlemen's Club and "The Ladies Club\," p
 rograms that enhance and encourage self-esteem and pride in African Am
 erican middle school boys and girls.  Rae has arranged for Mr. Peters 
 to speak to faculty and staff.
