Let’s Talk lunch at the Cultural Center will be hosted by the Black Faculty/Staff Association and will reflect on the First Year Initiatives’ Book-in-Common, The Other Wes Moore.  The topic, entitled  “The Others:  What Can We Do Make a Difference?”  will provide opportunities for the audience to discuss and brainstorm on what we can do individually and collectively to improve the odds for young people in our community whose lives look more like the “other” Wes.  From that we hope to develop at least one action step to follow through to completion.
