DRC Program Evaluation - Mobility Impaired

The Disability Resource Center (DRC) Office is conducting a program evaluation this term. The purpose of the program evaluation is to review the services and program offered by DRC. Students with disabilities perceptions, opinions, suggestions and recommendations are of course very important, and so we seek your assistance in completing this survey. The survey is rather long; however, we know of no other way to secure thorough feedback from students. Experience has shown that unless a survey is completed very soon after being received, people tend not to return the survey; therefore, we would encourage you to complete and return our survey as soon as possible. Your responses are confidential and there is no need for you to indicate your name on the survey (we can not otherwise know your name).

Thank you for your assistance.
