Registration

The University of Louisville School of Dentistry's mission is to educate dental practioners. Patients are accepted for treatment in the School's clinics if their treatment needs are appropriate to satisfy the education objectives.

You will be asked to complete a patient application and return them to Patient Services. An appointment will then be scheduled to determine if your needs can be appropriately met by the School.

You have the right to receive treatment that meets or exceeds the current standards of care for the dental profession in a considerate, respectful, and confidential manner regardless of race, gender, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

Hours

Our clinics are open for patient treatment from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
and from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
