The application process for the dental hygiene program is separated into three different tracks. Please select one of the following categories for application instructions.

• Lower Division - Incoming students with no undergraduate college experience should apply for lower division admission.
• Upper Division - Students wishing to apply for admission to upper division.
• Lower Division Transfer students must consider the prerequisite requirements before applying.
