Use HEAT Self Service to check the status of existing requests.

Dental Informatics - axiUm password problems, problems with clinic computers and printers that involve patient care, problems with computers, printers or peripherals, general requests such as new software, hardware upgrades, new computers, help with wireless connections (Odyssey)

axiUm - axiUm questions, suggestions and problem reports, changes in books, schedules, security/access, form modifications

Priority
Please describe the Priority/Urgency of your issue. The priority of your request may be changed when prioritized with other outstanding requests. For example, clinic requests where patient care is involved may be given higher priority than other issues.

5 - My request is a suggestion or comment and is low priority.
4 - This request is not urgent, but needs attention within the next week.
3 - I am getting work done now, please respond the next working day.
2 - I can continue to work on other tasks, but this request needs attention as soon as possible and may involve a deadline.
1 - I can’t work or proceed with another task. Patient care cannot continue until this request is complete.
