Admissions requirements

Application Process:

Applicants are interviewed by invitation only.  You must be a graduate of a dental school approved by the American Dental Association.  The General Practice Residency Program participates in PASS (Postdoctoral Application Support Service) for application processing.  While we do not participate in the Match, we do ask that you complete your application to our program in the PASS to streamline our application process.   If selected for interview you will be contacted by our Residency Coordinator.  Applications are accepted August 1 thru October 15th.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the residency coordinator.  Listed below are items required from PASS to complete your application.

2. Three letters of recommendation
3. Original Transcript of grades
4. Recent Photograph
5. Copy of Board Scores
6. Personal Statement
7. Dean’s Letter
