2012 COURSE SCHEDULE

Each attendee is responsible for maintaining their own records and for reporting their own CDE activities to all appropriate bodies in accord with any jurisdictional and/or membership requirements.  The University of Louisville School of Dentistry Office of Continuing Education will maintain information for no more than six years from date of course.

"Mini-Residency"

Developmental Dentistry and Hygiene

The Underwood and Lee Clinic has been approved by the Kentucky Board of Dentistry to provide "mini-residency" continuing education programs in developmental Dentistry and Dental Hygiene.   For further information and registration, please click on:  www.underwoodandlee.com
