The student may receive and error when trying to use Send Email or View Grades from the My UofL tab. These functions are also available from the course. To send email from a course select Communication under the Tools menu on the left of the screen then select Send Email and lastly select the user group you wish to send to such as All Instructor Users. To view grades from a course select Course Tools under the Tools menu on the left of the screen and then select My Grades.

Blackboard is currently working to resolve these issues.
