The CTSI CTSI Participant and Clinical Interactions
Resources (PCIR) Core is led by:
Janice Sullivan, M.D.
Professor of Pediatrics, is Director of the PCIR. Dr. Sullivan is a recognized expert in pediatric critical care and clinical pharmacology. She directs the combined Kosair Charities Pediatric Clinical Research Unit and the NICHD-supported Pediatric Pharmacology Research Unit at UofL, housed at Kosair Children’s Hospital.
•Provide and coordinate a range of participant and clinical interaction resources that support clinical and translational patient-oriented research in a variety of settings
•Develop clinical research partnerships for participant and clinical interactions
•Evaluate investigator needs through collaboration with the other components of CTSI.
•Provide resources that support the research activities of junior faculty and trainees enrolled in CTSI training programs.
•Provide a clearinghouse for medical information for the community and for community physicians.
