Vision statement of the CareAB:

The Care Advisory Board (CareAB) members are committed to improving the quality of life for residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky particularly in the areas of health and healthcare.  Improving the health status of all citizens and improving health literacy and reducing racial/ethnic health inequities are priorities of the CareAB.  The CareAB members will serve as an essential component in the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s charge that the University of Louisville be a Premier Metropolitan Research University.

Mission statement of the CareAB:

The CareAB members will facilitate state-of-art medical advancements to the community and assist in their implementation in clinical and community practices.
