Louisville, September, 2000. Planetary scientists Ricardo Hueso (left) and Raul Morales (center) from Bilbao, Spain work with Tim Dowling (right) at the CPL. Supported by a U.S.-Spain Fulbright grant, the research focus is on simulating the mergers of White Ovals on Jupiter with the EPIC model as constrained by observational data taken by the Spanish team. The U.S. and Spanish PIs are Tim Dowling and Agustin Sanchez-Lavega, respectively.
