- Booths are carpeted with an 8' drape in back and 3' drapes on the side
- Exhibitor setup time is Sunday, Nov. 7, 1 pm
- Dismantling time is Friday, Nov. 12, 2:30 pm
- A public open house of the exhibit hall will be held Monday, Nov. 8, 6-8 pm
- School children (K-8) will be visiting the exhibit hall each day from 11am-noon (approx. 140/day).
