Presentation Guidelines

Posters

• Each poster may cover 1.143 by 1.143 m (45 by 45 inches)

• Posters may go up Monday morning and come down Friday afternoon

• All posters will be housed in the 29,000 sqft. Exhibition Hall 1A

• There are two poster keg sessions during the week

Please contact the LOC before the meeting to arrange special requirements.

Oral Presentations

• We have the traditional format of six talks per hour in two parallel sessions

• The plenary meeting room (207-209) is the Lewis Room and the parallel meeting room (210-211) is the Clark Room

• Laptop presentations are welcome and will be required for all special software needs. Each meeting room has a house PC and Mac with MS Office and two overhead projectors

Note: no 35mm slide projectors will be available
