Healthy Relationships

  • Being in a relationship will meet all my needs and eliminate all my insecurities.
  • My partner is responsible for how I feel, so if I’m unhappy, it’s their fault.
  • If partners disagree, it means the relationship is falling apart.
  • A good relationship is always exciting and romantic.
  • I can’t be a whole person if I’m not in a relationship.
  • In a close relationship, bargaining and compromise shouldn’t be necessary.
  • Partners must always share everything with each other.
  • If my partner makes a mistake or does something wrong, I’m responsible for changing them.
  • If a relationship isn’t perfect, I should leave it and look for another one.
  • To be worthy of being in a relationship, I must be perfectly competent in all areas.
