Seven Counties Services, Inc., a private, not-for-profit corporation, is the state-designated regional behavioral health and developmental services center for Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble counties of Kentucky.

The Inpatient Psychiatry Unit at University Hospital treats acutely ill adult and geriatric patients. The unit offers a wide range of services aimed at working collaboratively with people who have psychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, depression and schizophrenia.
