The space, services and technologies of the Delphi Center are available to support official functions of the University of Louisville academic departments and administrative units; local, state and federal governmental agencies, and University-related agencies. 

Private companies and other educational, governmental, public or nonprofit groups may lease space and services or technologies if they meet the following criteria:

1. The function complements and does not directly compete with the Delphi Center programming in terms of content or target audience.
2. The function can have sponsorship from a University of Louisville academic unit or governmental agency.
3. If the event is not sponsored by a UofL unit, the university name may be used for a location reference only. You may not use the university logo or imply the event is being co-sponsored by the university in any manner.
4. The primary purpose of the function should not be to directly or indirectly, sell a service or product.
5. Additionally, our facilities are available individuals to host private events, such as weddings.
