We ask that client please place their initial catering order at least ten business days before the scheduled event. A guaranteed order and number in attendance must be received five days in advance, or 15% of the order will be added to your invoice.  A minimum order of $100.00 is required for weekend events.  

For orders over $130.00, a 15% service charge will be added to all food and beverage items.  For orders under $130.00, an $18.00 per hour catering staff fee will be charged in lieu of the 15% service charge.

Skirted buffet tables and decorations are provided free of charge. There is an additional charge for individual table arrangements and customized buffet decorations. Table skirts for non-dining tables are $24.00 each. Linen tablecloths are $10.00 each, and china service is an additional $5 per person.

No outside food or beverage may be brought onto campus. All prices are subject to change.
