Catering Policies

Clients must place their initial catering order at least ten business days before the scheduled event. A guaranteed order and number in attendance must be received seven days in advance, or 15% of the order will be added to your invoice. A minimum order of $100.00 is required for weekend events.

For orders over $130.00, a 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage items. For orders under $130.00, a $20.00 per hour catering staff fee will be charged in lieu of the 20% service charge. For plated lunches, a 22% service charge will apply due to extra catering staff. For plated dinners, staff will be priced on individual needs and duration of service.

Skirted buffet tables and decorations are provided free of charge. There is an additional charge for individual table arrangements and customized buffet decorations.

All food and beverage orders are subject to a 6% sales tax. Tax exempt organizations must provide a purchase exemption certificate.

No outside food or beverage may be brought onto campus. All prices are subject to change.
