Clients must place their initial catering order at least ten business days before the scheduled event. A guaranteed order and number in attendance must be received seven days in advance to ensure your catering can be provided. A minimum order of $100.00 is required for weekend events.
All catering orders are subject to a service charge of 20% of the total bill before taxes, or $50, whichever is higher. For plated events, staff will be priced on individual needs and duration of service.
Skirted buffet tables and decorations are provided free of charge. There is an additional charge for individual table arrangements and customized buffet decorations.
All food and beverage orders are subject to a 6% sales tax. Tax exempt organizations must provide a purchase exemption certificate.
No outside food or beverage may be brought onto campus. All prices are subject to change.
