Manuscripts

All participants whose abstracts were presented at the meeting are eligible to submit 6 page manuscripts for publication in the hardcover proceedings volume published by Springer Science Publishers. Please download all PDF forms to the left.

Submission

Bring 2 copies of your manuscript, an electronic file in Microsoft Word format (cd, zip, or disk), and your signed copyright transfer agreement to the meeting!

All manuscripts must be submitted in CAMERA-READY format. Please download the formatting guidelines by clicking here.

The guidelines are quite extensive. Please follow them carefully.

Page Limit: 8 pages including all figures and references.

References: 8-point type, numbered in the order of their first appearance in the text. Textual citations should be in numerical superscripted format. Please adhere to the following examples:

Journal article:
