The College of Education and Human Development and the UofL Center for Environmental Education would like to invite you, your family, and students to take part in a community-wide effort to clean up the areas surrounding the Belknap campus as part of Brightside/UPS Community-wide Cleanup. Last fall, over 6000 civic-minded volunteers participated by clearing 25 tons of trash from streets, sidewalks and green spaces.
Volunteers will meet in the lobby of the CEHD building on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 8:00 AM to receive supplies (bags and gloves). The clean-up effort will end at 12:00 Noon.
