To participate in the May 12, 2012 University-wide Ceremonies, you must do all of the following:

·         GRADUATE  by the end of the Spring 2012 semester.

·         FILE  an approved application for a degree. File your application for a degree on ULink. For questions, see Diplomas or call the Registrar's Office 502-852-7325 or 502-852-6522.

·         ORDER  a cap and gown.   The ordering site will be activated in mid-to late February, select Caps & Gowns from the left menu. The deadline for ordering a cap and gown is March 31 at midnight.

·         ATTEND  rehearsal.  All students attending the University-wide ceremony are required to attend rehearsal on Friday evening, May 11, 2012.  The rehearsal will cover the processional and other student concerns, name call cards will be discussed, and your seat and place in the lineup will be confirmed. Rehearsal for your school/college will be at the KFC Yum! Center

5:00 p.m. rehearsal:  College of Arts & Sciences, School of Dentistry, School of Interdisciplinary & Graduate Studies (master students), School of Law, School of Medicine, School of Music, School of Nursing, and School of Public Health & Information Sciences

7:00 p.m. rehearsal:   College of Business, College of Education, Kent School of Social Work, and JB Speed School of Engineering
