Faculty may purchase their own regalia by using the Doctor or Master apparel form to place an order.
If you were or will be awarded your Doctorate from the University of Louisville, please use this form to purchase University of Louisville custom regalia.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery after submitting the completed order form. During peak commencement times, delivery may require as additional 2 weeks.
