THE KENTUCKY INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER

Commencement participants and guests may use several entrances to the Kentucky International Convention Center, depending on parking location. The primary access is from Third Street (west side) into the Riverside Lobby. Persons coming from the pedway from the Hyatt Regency hotel garage on Jefferson Street, or from the Cowger Garage on Market Street should go down the escalator leading from the pedways. Then follow the overhead signs indicating the route to the Riverside Lobby.  A Commencement Information table will be located in the Riverside Lobby.

Event Locations

The President's Reception is held in the Cascade Ballroom on the first floor.

Ceremony and Lineup

The Commencement Ceremony will be in Hall 2C/D. Program books will be available inside the entrance to Hall 2C/D. From the Riverside Lobby, use the escalators up to the second level where Exhibit Halls C and D are located. The Processional lineup for students and faculty will be in Rooms 207-211 on the second level over the Bridgeside Lobby, near Fourth Street.

Parking

Various parking facilities are available near the KICC, including lots and parking garages. Street parking may also be available. 

Driving Directions

From Lexington drive I-64 west to the Third Street exit. Take Third Street to Jefferson Street. Turn right on to Jefferson Street. The convention center is located at Jefferson and Fourth Streets.

From Indianapolis drive I-65 south to the Jefferson Street exit. Take the Jefferson Street exit and the convention center is located at Jefferson and Fourth Streets.

From St. Louis drive I-64 east to the Ninth Street exit. At the traffic light at the end of the Ninth Street exit ramp, turn left on to Market Street. Take Market Street to Fourth Street. The convention center is located at Market and Fourth Streets.

From Nashville drive I-65 north to the Brook Street exit. Take the Brook Street exit. Continue on Brook Street to Jefferson Street. Turn left onto Jefferson Street. The convention center is located at Jefferson and Fourth Streets.
