Distribution and Return of Apparel
Faculty and Student Apparel Distribution at the Red Barn, Belknap Campus is scheduled as follows:

The Red Barn on the Belknap Campus is located between the University Club and the Student Activities Center (the large building with the clock tower). If driving, park in the Floyd Street Parking Garage, or any lot for which you have a permit. From the garage, take the pedway across the railroad tracks; go north on Brook Street to the Red Barn.
Before you leave the distribution area at the Red Barn, please check your apparel package to confirm that all items are included, and to assure that you have the correct tassel and hood colors for your academic discipline. The Herff-Jones representative will be present if you need exchanges or special assistance. All student apparel must be picked up during the distribution dates and time. The vendor will not issue a credit, refund, or replacement for apparel not picked up, nor will the university assume any responsibility for uncollected apparel. If you are unable to pick up your apparel, please ask a friend or family member to do so.
If you order apparel and find that you are not graduating, please let us know before the October 31st deadline and we'll cancel your order and the vendor can issue a refund. Once the deadline passes and orders are in production, no credits or refunds may be issued.
Bachelor and master student apparel is purchased classkeeper and does not need to be returned.
Doctoral custom rental apparel for Graduate and Law School PhD, AuD and JD students must be returned immediately following the ceremony.
Faculty rental apparel must be returned immediately following the University-wide ceremony.
