The Role of Preservation and Historic Tax Credits in Re-use of Property
Come join the Louisville Vacant Property Campaign in hearing about the role of preservation as we get property that has been vacant back into re-use. Historic Tax Credits were used at the Family Scholar House building to save and re-purpose a school dating from 1891, thereby enhancing the neighborhood and its character.
