Spring 2013 Part-Time Career Fair Employer Information

Why you should attend?

to recruit University of Louisville students from across all majors within the university’s various schools and colleges

Date

Wednesday, January 30, 2013. The deadline to register is Friday, January 25, 2013.

Location

The Part Time Job fair will be located on the Belknap Campus in the Red Barn [located next to the Swain Student Activity Center (S.A.C.)]

Time

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Cost

The cost to register for this event is $200 for all employers or $100 for all University of Louisville on campus employers. Payment is accepted by check only.  Space is limited, and reservations for the event will be made on a first come, first served basis.  Please note that all registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. 

Registration  Includes

one 6' table with two chairs, lunch for two recruiters, and access to UofL students and alumni on the day of the event.  For each additional recruiter you would like to bring, the cost will increase by $25 per recruiter.

Once you register

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your Part Time Job Fair registration request.  After your payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation and a receipt of payment via email.  The confirmation will include information regarding set-up, shipping materials, directions to campus and parking.

PLEASE REMEMBER: If you are registering for representatives from your organization, please be sure to distribute the confirmation to their email(s) so that they will receive all necessary set-up information.
