Responding to the "just-in-time" hiring needs of employers,   the UofL Career Development Center manages a web-based database system designed to link students seeking jobs with employers seeking qualified candidates.

Students and alumni actively seeking employment are encouraged to register using the UofL Career Development  Centers' computerized employment database (Symplicity). At your request, the Career Development Center will search the database to locate individuals whose qualifications match your hiring needs. Typically, you will receive resumes within 24 hours. Or, upon establishing your individual Symplicity account you may search for student resumes per your search criteria 24/7.

Please note: the computerized resume referral program can be used to fill part-time, internship, cooperative education, and full-time entry level/experienced vacancies.
