You are cordially invited to attend Spring Career Expo 2008 at The University of Louisville. This semester we are trying a multi-day format that gives you a chance to better target the students you are hoping to recruit while making only one trip to campus.

 E-EXPO at the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering celebrates the many facets of the engineering profession.  This annual event showcases cutting edge research and facilities and student competitions.  The main event is the keynote address by Dr. Bill Hammack, “The Engineer Guy.” For more information about E-EXPO, please check out our website: http://Engineering-Expo.com/eexpo.

Cost:

The registration fee to participate in our two-day career fair is $575 (February 28^th  and 29^th event). Registration fee for one-day, either career fair site, is $425. There is no registration fee for E-EXPO 2008, but registration to participate is required.

How do I  register?

If you are not a registered user of Symplicity you will need to create your employer account before registering to attend Spring Career Expo 2008.

• To create your account with Symplicity please go to https://louisville-csm.symplicity.com/employers/ and then select create/register your account.
• Once registered, login into Symplicity again at     https://louisville-csm.symplicity.com/employers/  
• Select UofL Career Expo 2008 from the list of quick links found on the right side of the page to view details about each day/event along with a link to the registration screen for each day/event.
• Please note you must register for each day/event you are interesting in attending.

What is included in my registration?

One 6-foot table with space and chairs, validated parking and catering, and access to UofL students and alumni for up to 3 recruiters.

Are there any registration deadlines I should be aware of?

The registration deadline for inclusion in the student informational materials is February 20, 2008. Please note, registration confirmation is based on payment receipt and is on a first come first serve basis. Payments by check or credit card are accepted.

What happens after I register?

You will receive an invoice and a confirmation letter with information on set-up, shipping materials, directions to campus and parking sent via the email address you used to establish your contact identity in the system. If you are registering for representatives from your organization, please be sure to include their email in the registration process so that they will receive all confirmation and/or update information as well.
