As a leader in LNCD, you will commit to serve for one academic year (August – April), and participate in the following three leadership areas:
- Attend Career Development Center Advisory Meetings twice a semester (see ANNUAL TIMELINE), where you will be asked to provide feedback on information obtained from other students regarding:
- Needs and Concerns
- Programming delivery preferences (days, times, topics, frequency, location, etc.)
- Overall Satisfaction
- Awareness & Value
Serve on a LNCD Committee. (See COMMITEES & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT)
Attend at least bi-weekly meetings (or TBD)
Develop/Create a student program focused on professionalism and/or career decision-making.
Attend/Support programing, events, initiatives, etc. for both LNCD and the CDC.
Contribute to the CDC marketing and campus outreach.
Attend and actively participate in Professional Development programming focused on professional and career development provided by the Career Development Center and University of Louisville. (See list under COMMITTEES & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT)
