You are cordially invited to participate in the upcoming University of Louisville Fall 2008 Career Fairs. This semester we are hosting a number of career fair events designed to give you a chance to better target the students you are hoping to recruit at UofL. We welcome your participation in one or all of these events! 

How do I  register?

If you are a registered user of Symplicity, just log in and check out the quick links to the Career Fair you wish to register to attend at https://louisville-csm.symplicity.com/employers/  

If you are not a registered user of Symplicity, you will need to create your employer account before registering to attend any of the Fall 2008 Career Fair events.

• To create your account with Symplicity please go to https://louisville-csm.symplicity.com/employers/ and then select create/register your account.

• Once registered, login into Symplicity again at     https://louisville-csm.symplicity.com/employers/  

• Select the fair of interest to you from the list of quick link events found on the right side of the page to view the registration screen for each event. If you do not see this link, please call 502-852-6701 so that we may change your account settings to allow you to register for Career Fair Events.

Please note you must register for each event you are interested in attending.
     

Please note, registration confirmation is based on payment receipt and is on a first come first serve basis. Payments by check or credit card are accepted.

What is included in my registration?

Your registration includes one 6-foot or 8-foot (depends on the fair) table with space and chairs, validated parking and catering, and access to UofL students and alumni for up to 2 recruiters. You are welcome to send more than 2 recruiters, at an additional cost of $25/recruiter.

What happens after I register?

1) You will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration request.

2)Then, upon the approval of your registration, you will receive a second
email which will include instructions on how to make your payment and an attached invoice.

3)Once your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation letter with information on set-up, shipping materials, directions to campus and parking sent via the email address you used to establish your contact identity in the system.

Please remember: If you are registering for representatives from your organization, please be sure to distribute the confirmation letter to their email(s) so that they will receive all necessary set-up information.
