As the Spring 2018 semester kicks off in January, students from the College of Education & Human Development and Raymond A. Kent School of Social Work will have a unique opportunity to enhance their career and professional development. The Career Development Center is launching a workshop series dedicated to students from the college and school.
"I am excited to help further the career and professional development of students in the College of Education & Human Development and Kent School of Social Work. Since I was hired in June, I have been thinking of opportunities to provide our students with knowledge that prepares them for the world of work after graduation," said Josh McKee, Assistant Director of Career Engagement.
The workshop series will cover a wide-range of topics, everything from career options based on degree programs at the University of Louisville, to job searching and networking. Each workshop will be held on a Friday from 12:10 to 12:40 p.m. to allow students to attend during their lunch, and will be held in the Career Development Center (Houchens Building, LL03). The workshop schedule for both college and school can be found below.
