Wiley Brown is a former UofL student athlete and a member of the 1980 National Championship Men’s Basketball team. A native of Sylvester, Georgia, he received his BA in Communications earning Deans List honors during his academic years. Wiley followed graduation with a two year stint in the NFL as a tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles. Returning to his basketball roots, he played professional European basketball for seven years then returned to UofL where he was the Men’s Basketball Strength and Conditioning Coach for 13 years. He is currently Director of Community Enrichment Programs for the Cardinal Athletics Department. |

Christy Martin is graduating from the University of Louisville with a bachelor’s degree of education in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in health promotions and a minor in sociology. Christy is program director for CARDSfit a health promotions program that is a collaboration of Cardinal Athletics Department and Get Healthy Now health management team at the University of Louisville. She is CPR as well as CNA certified. She is also the secretary for the Health Science Club at the University of Louisville. Her passion is to improve and educate others on preventive lifestyles. |

Patricia Benson Patricia is the Director of the U of L Health Management Program, Get Healthy Now. She completed her BA of Science with a concentration in Health Promotion and Master of Education with a concentration in Fitness and Wellness at the University of Louisville. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance. Patricia's previous accomplishments include the formation of "LifeStyle Wellness", a self-started wellness company that was developed out of a desire to help others achieve life-long health goals. She has instructed Health and Sport Science Classes at the University of Louisville for more than 10 years. Patricia 's passion for health and wellness are reflected in her lifestyle. In 2000, she signed up with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Team-in-Training Program and raised over 5,700 for cancer research by completing the London, England Marathon. Her extensive background in health and wellness and vast network of health resources make her a leader in the field! |

Karen Palmer is a graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in Education, Health and Physical Education major. She received her Masters of Education from the University of Louisville. After teaching elementary physical education and wellness/health promotion with the Jefferson County Public Schools for 22 years, she has returned to the wellness field as a program assistant to the Get Healthy Now health management program at the University of Louisville. She is also a certified Jazzercise instructor and enjoys working with others in improving and enjoying healthy lifestyles. |

Adrienne Johnson is a native of Louisville and a graduate of Butler Traditional High School where she was named a member of the Kentucky All-State basketball team. Adrienne attended Ohio State University on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a degree in exercise physiology. While at Ohio State, she earned Big Ten All-Star, All–Big Ten, scholar athlete and leadership honors. Following graduation, she became one of the pioneers to help spearhead the Women’s National Basketball Association. She had a 7-year WNBA career in Cleveland, Orlando and Connecticut. In 2001, she was named the very first recipient of the WNBA’s Hometown Hero Award for community service. She is currently Community Development Coordinator and Marketing Assistant at U of L. |
