Vision and Dental Resources

Campus Health Services does not provide dental or vision services at either of its locations.  Listed below are resources where students may obtain eye exams, eyeglasses, contacts as well as dental services. 

VISION RESOURCES

20/20 Eyecare--Cardinal Station (also available at all other Metro locations)

Located adjacent to Cardinal Station -Health Center, 20/20 Eyecare provides eye exams by an optometrist, eye glasses, contact lenses and specialized sporting eye wear.  20/20 Eyecare offers a UofL discount for students with a valid student ID or they can bill most vision benefit plans. 

     Office Hours:  9-6 Monday through Friday

     Routine Eye Exam:  $45.00

     Contact Lens Exam:  $69.00

     25% off lenses, frames, coatings or upgrades. 

     At this time 20/20 is not able to offer a discount on contact lenses due to their already low prices.

UofL Department of Ophthalmogy Practices

The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences has several practice locations that can meet your needs for eye exams.  Be sure to check with your insurance plan to see if routine eye exams are covered before scheduling an appointment.  If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to be seen in the teaching clinic.  Please check with the receptionist when you call for an appointment.

UofL School of Dentistry
