*Instructor BIO: Glenda Hodges-Cook has been practicing insight meditation for thirty-five years. Her initial instruction was with Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein and Jack Kornfield. She is a graduate of the Community Dharma Leader training program offered through Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Marin County, California.
She has led the Louisville Vipassana Community for the past seven years. Glenda has a master's degree in psychiatric/mental health nursing, and is on the adjunct faculty at Indiana University Southeast.
