Appointment Information

Please note that patient appointments begin at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Wednesday and on Friday.  Appointments begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.

We strongly encourage you to make an appointment!  Appointments are generally available the same day or the following morning.  Appointments are required for physical examinations and pap smears.  If you have an urgent need and do not have an appointment, the staff will make every effort to assist you.

If you have an emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

After-Hours Care

If you have an urgent medical problem after hours, you may speak with an on-call provider by calling either campus health office (Cardinal Station or HSC) after hours. Your call will be routed to an answering service and the on-call provider will be paged to contact you. Prescriptions refills and pain medication requests will not be answered by the on-call provider. The Campus Health Service on-call provider may be reached by calling either (502) 852-6446 (HSC) or (502) 852-6479 (Cardinal Station).
