Study Now Available Online

The PricewaterhouseCoopers U of L staff compensation study is now available online at http://www.louisville.edu/benchmark/findings.html.

Benchmark Study Timeline

  • March 1 - Report to be online.
  • Late February - President, provost, vice presidents and deans to receive a list of employees in their areas who are affected.
  • Early March - All professional/administrative and classified employees to receive a letter explaining whether the study's findings affect them and how.
  • March 8 - Inside U of L will carry in-depth story on study's findings.
  • March 12 - PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP representatives will be on campus to explain report to employees. They will conduct four sessions on each campus at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., and at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Sessions on Belknap Campus will be in Middleton Auditorium in Strickler Hall. Sessions at the Health Sciences Center will be at the Kornhauser Library Commons Auditorium, 500 S. Preston St.
  • March 15-29 - Employees who are affected will receive checks for back pay for July through February.
  • March 29 - Paychecks of affected professional/administrative and classified employees will reflect pay rate changes.
